Tomorrow's Cohort

Sorry for the delay on this. We will meet at The German Tavern in Stone Mountain at our usual time (8-10pm). There we will show and discuss the movie The Invisible Children of Uganda, hosted by some teens from Caroline Ingle's church. These high schoolers have responded with missional innovation to this movie by starting a t-shirt business printing tees as a fund raiser around Conyers.

Everything has just come together for the cohort. Feel free to pass this on to anyone whose e-mail address you may have.

Is it possible to list some of the cohort regulars to have their blog links posted on this so that we can get to know one another better? I'd be interested in that...since we only see one another once a month or so. Just an idea...

I'm a 40 something emergent, a recent grad of Northern Seminary in suburban Chicago home to Bob Webber and David Fitch my emergent mentors. I am planning an upcoming move to Atlanta. My fiance lives in Douglasville. I am looking for a church with an emerging focus, any suggestions?

About Us

You're a part of a bigger conversation, a bigger story of God's creation unfolding and realizing it's Creator's dreams in the clue of Jesus. Gather monthly to re-imagine how we can best participate locally in this conversation, story, dreams. This is an Emergent Cohort meeting to flesh out four commitments: to God in the way of Jesus, to the Church in all its Forms, to God's World, and to One Another. This is a theological conversation for any practitioners in the way of Jesus.
